Those of us living on Lummi Island came here because of its unspoiled natural beauty, the slower, peaceful pace of the island, and a tight-knit rural community reminiscent of a bygone era. We are also the only San Juan island with easy access to the mainland and urban services, one of the main reasons Lummi can remain as commercially undeveloped as it is. Here, Mother Nature is at her best with spectacular water and island views, an abundance of sea birds, eagles, herons, and even passing pods of Orca whales.

Lummi Island Property
The inventory of properties for sale on Lummi Island is never large, but it can be extremely varied. The most affordable lots and homes are found in two developments: Scenic Estates on the southeast side, and Isle Aire on the northwest. Lummi Mountain occupies the south half of the island and is mostly undeveloped. The northern half is where you will find acreage parcels, homes on larger lots, a few inland properties, one condo grouping, and many waterfront homes.
